Decatur, IL: The Chinese Tea Garden restaurant is located at the intersection of Main & Main (yes two streets named "Main St." that intersect!). Known for it's cheaply priced food, it was featured in a scene from the 2009 movie "The Informant" starring Matt Damon, and directed by Steven Soderbergh. The movie was partly filmed in Decatur.
